Join us for this exciting new program! This Beginner Level class is a great place for you to start learning the basic movements and technique of a Pilates class. This workout focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. The class will lengthen and strengthen the muscles while giving you a full-body workout. The only equipment needed is a mat. All levels welcomed!

** In order to offer this program to the most amount of people, we encourage you to only sign up for one Pilates class each month.
