Parents are invited to come discuss a parenting book each month. This discussion will be facilitated by Sherry Han, MHC-LP and Sarah Boughton, MHC Intern. The aim is to help children navigate every day emotions by learning a variety of skill sets from different parenting books. Reading the book prior to the meeting is encouraged but not required. (Upon registering, the Library will place a hold on that month's title for you.)

For February, we will be reading and discussing The Whole-Brain Child by Daniel J. Siegel, M.D. and Tina Rayne Bryson, Ph.D.
