Join Pleasant Valley Climate Smart on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 6pm for a documentary screening. For April, they will be showing 'Just Eat It: A Food Waste Story'.  This 2014 documentary follows filmmakers and food lovers Jenny and Grant who delve into issues of food waste, from farm, to retail to the darkest corners of their own fridge and freezer. They vow to stop buying groceries and live solely off of discarded food.

Afterwards, members of Pleasant Valley Climate Smart's Task Force will lead a brief discussion of the movie, and will also talk about their work to support our community in building a sustainable and balanced climate action programs, one step at a time - and how you may be able to help!
